The Incubators + Labs at Hagerstown Community College connects members with a network of Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) — established business owners and industry leaders who volunteer their time to provide guidance, insight, and real-world experience to our members. Unlike a formal advisor or coach, an Entrepreneur in Residence has an office on site and draws on their own success building and running a business to help you think through challenges as they come up.
