Hagerstown Community College Upward Bound students will receive an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the David W. Fletcher Incubator + Labs and Culinary Incubator at Hagerstown Community College. Students will tour our offices, labs, and commercial kitchen and see firsthand how we support entrepreneurs at every stage. They will get the opportunity to speak with a panel of entrepreneurs and wrap up the experience with a delicious tasting prepared by our talented culinary members.

Girl Scout Troop Tour
When:
Where: Business and Culinary Incubators at Hagerstown Community College
Scouts will receive an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the David W. Fletcher Incubator + Labs and Culinary Incubator at Hagerstown Community College
- Tour of the Business Incubator:
The girls will get to see how our entrepreneurs work, learn what a business incubator is, and explore some of the innovative ideas being developed here. - Culinary Incubator Walk-Through + Samples:
We’ll tour the culinary shared kitchen space, and I’m hoping to work with a few of our culinary members to provide small samples so the girls can experience what our food entrepreneurs create. - Wet Labs Tour:
The troop will also get a guided look at our wet labs, along with an age‑appropriate explanation of the types of research and product development that happen there. - Meet & Greet With Business Owners:
I’ll host a short panel featuring a few of our member businesses. They’ll share what their companies do, how they got started, and answer questions from the girls about entrepreneurship.
