The Culinary Incubator at Hagerstown Community College gives food entrepreneurs a licensed, fully-equipped commercial kitchen without the cost of building one. Whether you're running a catering company, a bakery, food truck or a CPG operation, you'll find the space and equipment you need to produce, package, and grow — with 24/7 access that fits around your production runs, market days, and event bookings.
Commercial-grade equipment is provided, along with prep space and storage. We also know that no two food businesses work the same way, so if your product calls for a specific piece of equipment, we'll work with you to accommodate it.
